Secretary/Administration Assistant - Real Estate
Our Real Estate department are recruiting either a Secretary or an Administration Assistant to join their busy team in Newcastle. This is an ideal role for an experienced secretary or administration assistant who is able to provide an efficient service within tight timescales and work as part of a team.
Duties will include general typing, document preparation, requisitioning searches, report production, opening and closing files, diary management, e-filing, Land Registry interface, preparation and submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms, assisting with the monthly billing and preparation of update schedules.
We are looking for someone fully conversant with Microsoft packages as well as proficient in document preparation (including the use of house styles, reformatting, tables of contents, formulas and track changes).
This role is currently suitable for hybrid working, but the post holder should be flexible to come into the office when needed.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, confident and flexible in their approach and possess strong organisational skills to manage high volume and complex documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to deal competently with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels across the firm. The successful candidate would need to hold strong IT skills.
This is a permanent full-time post (37.5 pw) and a competitive salary. Closing date is 11/12/2024.
