Job Description - Residential Property Solicitor

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will have a proven track record of handling residential sale and purchase transactions, including leasehold and new build matters. They will be able to manage a varied workload efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively while showing strong attention to detail and an ability to work effectively under pressure. Ideally they will previously have been accredited under the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Our Residential Property team is one of the most experienced in the region and includes solicitors and paralegals with a combined wealth of experience and expertise. You would be working within a departmental structure alongside supportive colleagues and an excellent highly trained support team.

Whilst the position is based primarily in Hexham, we operate using technology and case management systems that would allow the successful applicant to effectively work from home and so applications for flexible or hybrid working would be considered in addition.

Our reward

Salary will be £30,000 - £335,000 per annum5,000 per annum, , dependent on experience.
