We are interested in any issues arising from the administration of the BPC in Newcastle where you would like to see improvements or commend good practice.  The BPC Forum committee has regular meetings with HH Judge Kramer, the judge in charge of the BPC in Newcastle.  If you have concerns about a matter which you would like the committee to raise with the court, or good experiences you would like to pass on, please email newcastle.bpcf@gmail.com with the details.  

The committee will not be responding directly to emails but they will be brought to the attention of HH Judge Kramer at the next BPC Forum committee meeting who, in the right case, will look into the matter. Examples of the type of issues which can arise, though this is neither an exclusive list or an indication that such problems exist, are delays in issuing orders, responding to correspondence or answering the phone, difficulties in issuing claims, having cases listed, courtroom provision or in dealing with urgent applications.  

There may also be improved ways of working which you wish to suggest, such as fewer or more remote hearings, or the provision of pop-up courts for cases where the parties do not live near one of our major cities or towns and how this can be achieved.
