This free seminar from the national Law Society will focus on the Building Safety Act 2022.  Speakers will offer practical advice and share litigation aspects of the Act.

Following the release of the Law Society’s Building Safety Act 2022: a guide for conveyancers in February, as part of this session they are keen to get insight from members on how they are using the guidance. They will also share details of their new book due to be published at the end of March Building Safety Act 2022 - A guide for property lawyers, 1st edition.
